your order will be shipped within 2-3 days after it’s confirmed by us. when your order is confirmed you will receive an e-mail with a link to track your order. please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties or taxes. these fees are the responsibility of the customer.
RETURNS
we offer a 14-day return policy from the date you receive your package. if you're not satisfied with your purchase, contact us through mail and we will guide you further.
please make sure that returned items are in the same condition as when you received them: unused, unwashed, and with all original packaging and tags still attached.
we do not cover return shipping costs, and you are responsible for the package until it reaches our warehouse. to ensure safe delivery, we recommend using a shipping method that includes tracking. unfortunately, we cannot compensate for any lost packages.
